Contractor Terms and Conditions

These Contractor Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the QuotesByPros professional network. By applying to or using the QuotesByPros platform, you agree to these terms, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Application

To participate in the QuotesByPros network, you must:

  • Hold a valid business license and all required trade licenses in the states where you operate
  • Maintain general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in your trade
  • Pass our verification process
  • Agree to these Contractor Terms and all applicable policies

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate any Professional's access at our sole discretion.

2. Lead Delivery and Pricing

Lead Delivery

Leads are delivered in real time to Professionals who match the consumer's service type and geographic area.

Pricing

Lead pricing is determined at account setup and varies based on service type, geographic area, and lead type. Pricing is disclosed prior to account activation.

Billing

Leads are billed to your account upon delivery. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

3. Lead Return Policy

Lead returns may be requested within 72 hours of delivery under the following circumstances:

  • The consumer's contact information is invalid
  • The lead is a duplicate received within the last 30 days
  • The service request is outside your stated service area
  • The consumer states they did not submit a request

Return requests must be submitted to [email protected] with the lead ID and reason within 72 hours. We do not issue refunds for leads where the consumer simply did not hire you or was unresponsive.

4. Professional Responsibilities

  • Respond to leads promptly — within 4 hours is strongly recommended
  • Treat all consumers with professionalism and respect
  • Only accept leads for services you are licensed and qualified to perform
  • Maintain current and valid licenses and insurance at all times
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
  • Not resell leads to any third party
  • Not share your account credentials with others

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Providing false information in your application
  • Operating without required licenses or insurance
  • Reselling or redistributing leads
  • Harassing or threatening consumers
  • Attempting to circumvent our platform to avoid lead fees
  • Any fraudulent activity

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, fail to maintain required licenses or insurance, or engage in conduct harmful to consumers or our platform.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Srivastava Industries Inc. from any claims arising from your services, your violation of these terms, or any dispute between you and a consumer.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuotesByPros is a lead generation platform only. Our liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for leads in the 30 days preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
